Proposed Analysis:	To find more reliable biomarkers that can reflect the progress of AD. The progress of AD is from preclinical AD to MCI to AD. By analyzing the model constructed by machine learning, we found the risk factors for preclinical AD to develop into MCI or MCI to develop into AD, so as to intervene in the early stage. It can also help the treatment.
