| Proposed Analysis: | I propose to investigate the relationship between neuropsychological test scores and white matter functional connectivity of the corpus callosum using BOLD fMRI signals, and potentially identify a novel biomarker for the progression of aging brain by comparing results from different cohorts including healthy controls, individuals with significant memory concern, patients with early mild cognitive impairment (MCI), patients with MCI, patients with late MCI, and patients with Alzheimer's disease dementia. |
