| Proposed Analysis: | I am a student interested in the application of deep learning in medical imaging. I want to use the ADNI dataset to train a neural network that can discriminate between ncMCI and cMCI, which are two subtypes of MCI with different risks of progression to AD. I plan to use convolutional neural network (CNN) and multimodal fusion techniques to leverage the complementary information from different modalities, such as MRI and PET. I hope to contribute to the advancement of machine learning methods for MIR and MIF problems, and to provide insights into the diagnosis and prognosis of MCI and AD. |
