Proposed Analysis: The aim of this study is to identify and characterize individuals with the Tau+/Aβ- phenotype within the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) study. By focusing on their clinical, pathological, and cognitive characteristics, we aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the distinct features exhibited by Tau+/Aβ- individuals. Exploring these features can provide insights into the heterogeneity of AD and its implications for disease progression, diagnosis, and treatment.
