Proposed Analysis: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia. People with AD have affected brain function and often exhibit severe memory and cognitive impairments. These obstacles affect the daily life of patients, make patients lose the ability to take care of themselves, bring huge economic losses to patients' families and society, and also bring huge burden to the health care system. However, the traditional ATN research framework still has problems in clinical application, such as inaccurate test results and high cost of PET detection, resulting in prolonged diagnosis time and delay in patients entering the next stage of diagnosis. This project aims to establish a parallel AD automatic diagnosis system based on structural magnetic resonance (sMRI) image data and CNN-SVM hybrid model, and build a new diagnosis method of "diagnostic space", so as to achieve the following goals: (1) Improve the accuracy of previous classification models to help doctors more efficiently determine whether patients have AD; (2) It is helpful for doctors to judge the course of the patient's disease and the probability of the deterioration of the disease according to the diagnostic space results, which is convenient for doctors to plan the course of treatment; (3) A new classification method and diagnostic method based on machine learning is proposed to lay a foundation for image diagnosis research of other diseases.
