Principal Investigator's Name: | Xiaowei Song |
Institution: | Dalhousie University |
Department: | Surrey Memorial Hospital |
Country: | |
Proposed Analysis: | We would like to use the ADNI MRI data to validate a brain lesion index (BLI) in construction in the study of AD and aging. We have reported the pilot results at IAGG2009 and received positive feedback. Data from the well-designed ADNI project would help us further develop our research on the BLI, in particular, to improve the generalizability and clinical meaningfulness of the approach. Thank you! |

Investigator's Name: | David Ward |
Proposed Analysis: | To construct a lab-based frailty index and to investigate its relationships with the AD diagnosis, biomarkers, risk factors, and outcomes in ADNI 1, GO, 2, and 3. Thank you! |
Investigator's Name: | Hui Guo |
Proposed Analysis: | Evaluation of ADNI 1, GO, 2, 3 MRI data for manual construction of the brain atrophy and lesion index and the automation of the whole-brain health assessment, in relation to AD risks and cognition and other health outcomes. |
