Proposed Analysis:	The proposed study hopes to investigate effect of APOE e4 on brain functional/structural network in cognitively normal older adults as well as individuals with MCI, or dementia diagnosis. Analyses will be done using PIB/AV-45 PET, CSF, FDG-PET, MRI, DTI, clinical, and neurocognitive data.
