| Proposed Analysis: | In this study, we will investigate the use of machine learning, in particular deep learning, to identify patients with MCI who will progress toward AD. Building on recent work using restricted Boltzmann machines, we aim to construct joint feature representations incorporating data from multiple modalities e.g., MRI, PET, genetics and standardized cognitive scores. |
