Updated  Longitudinal FreeSurfer  analysis results are available from the Download section of the ADNI archive. The new dataset is named  UCSF – Longitudinal FreeSurfer (FreeSurfer Version 4.4) 05Dec2012 [ADNI1] and can be found in the MRI Imaging Analysis section.
